We stand behind PostureLab with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results, return it for a full refund.

How It Works:
1. Try PostureLab for up to 60 days from your delivery date.
2. If you don't see visible improvement in your posture, side profile, or comfort — email support@posturelab.com with your order number to start a return.
3. We'll respond within 1 business day with return shipping instructions.
4. Ship the product back. We cover return shipping costs.
5. Once received, your full refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

What's Covered:
Full refund of the product price. No restocking fees. No questions asked.

What's Not Covered:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (note: shipping was free on your original order, so this rarely applies).
Returns initiated after 60 days from delivery are not eligible.
Products lost in return transit due to incorrect addressing.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement once we receive your original.
