Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Times:
United States: 3–5 business days
Canada: 5–8 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 7–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of world: 10–15 business days

Tracking:
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email as soon as your package ships. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays:
While 95%+ of orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipping, please email support@posturelab.com and we'll resolve it immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
